Hugues Bernard
Former Project Officer - Climate and Environment
Hugues Bernard was Policy Officer focusing on energy and environmental issues at Institut Montaigne between 2022 and 2025. His main areas of interest include the financing of the energy transition, the role of technology in the fight against climate change, and climate policy communication.
Before joining Institut Montaigne, Hugues had several professional experiences in public administration in France and abroad. He notably worked on the Ganges River clean-up at the Indian Ministry of Environment in New Delhi.
Hugues is a graduate of the Blavatnik School of Government at Oxford University and the School of Public Affairs at Sciences Po Paris.
